Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls and chats in a timely and efficient manner.
  
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 years of experience in an International BPO environment (blended process).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
