More about the role

As a Quote & Sales Support Officer you will be a trusted advisor for our customers and organization to create differentiated offers for innovative and meaningful solutions on a daily basis. This role combines quotation preparation, sales support, technical assistance, and customer interaction, offering a varied and engaging work experience.

What youll do


Create and manage quotations for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Assist in wholesaler campaigns by calling shop managers and promoting campaign products

Provide technical support to customers regarding luminaries and other products

Use internal systems to verify and communicate product delivery times to customers

Support the claim handling process, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently


More about you


You have a technical or other relevant background either within Electrical engineering or experience as an electrical installer or other relevant discipline

Ability to engage with customers and support sales initiatives actively.

Experience in working with sales, pricing, quoting and/or agreement

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor are essential

Quick to learn and adapt to multiple systems and products.Experience in working with Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM platformsare a plus

Capable of handling diverse tasks, from quotations to technical support and claim handling

Fluent Finnish and English language skills are mandatory requirements for this role
