Description:

1. Previous submissions were Business BAs not Technical BAs. ETF is looking for a blend of Data, Business and Technical expertise, with an emphasis on technical skills.
2. Technical skills include SQL and S2T (source to target mapping).
3. Candidates should have experience with complex projects. The should "know how to deal with inter-project dependencies within a program and how to map out how a critical path in one project can derail critical path in another."

The client is looking for (1) Business Analyst/Consultant IV.

Will close to submissions on 11/15/2024 at 4:00PM CST.

- At least 5 years of experience - Lead, facilitate, and coordinate business requirements gathering. Validate the requirements and assist with the functional design of solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience - Develop, execute, and document test plans and organize and oversee end-user testing and acceptance. Track defects and coordinate resolutions.
- At least 5 years of experience - Research, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for solutions that meet business needs and fit within the system/software capabilities.
- At least 5 years of current experience Writing SQL queries and creating source to target mapping documents.

- 5+ years of experience doing business analysis on large and complex IT projects.
- Experience in Government, Insurance Industry or Pension Plans

Interview Process: 2 rounds via MS Teams

Duration of Contract: 6/30/2025, likely to extend

Onsite or Remote? Must be current WI resident. NO RELOCATION IS ALLOWED. This position may work 100% remote. The selected candidate will have to work in the office occasionally or as business needs arise. If the selected candidate is required to come onsite, it is their responsibility to cover any costs for travel, lodging and meals.
