JOB HOURS: 3 DAYS PER WEEK, 3 HOURS PER SHIFT

Essential Skills

Strong technical literacy. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X.

Familiar with local workforce boards and economic development agencies and their application and relevance to businesses.

Excellent communication skills, mature interpersonal style, and the ability to interact with a diverse group of people across socioeconomic backgrounds.

Ability to conduct instruction virtually or in-person.

Active engagement of audiences to increase participation and knowledge of content.

Deliver a challenging and supportive coaching experience to help customers set and execute personal, professional, and business goals.
