This position is for a QA Analyst to do our manual QA on our custom web and mobile applications. This role involves thorough testing, identifying defects/bugs, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Collaborating with project teams to understand the software requirements and technical specifications
• Execute tests and assess acceptance criteria to ensure functionality, compatibility, reliability and overall quality of the applications
• Ensure products are developed and are consistent with UI/UX designs
• Perform manual testing based on project requirements
• Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or new feature implementation
• Vet all QA-able tickets before clients review
• Manage and vet client feedback tickets
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, issues, and solutions
• Maintain project documentation

Requirements

We seek someone with 2-5 years of experience, specifically in the software development industry.

This role would be for a minimum of 20 hours a week with a 30 hour cap. The person would need to be able to work hours that overlap with our business hours M-F - 10 am - 3pm (ET).
