Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Farm Supervisors Specific Skills: Maintain quality control and production records, Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, Develop work schedules and establish procedures, Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
